Buy with certainty. Our fully-satisfied, money-back guarantee applies to our tents and awnings under the conditions set out below. Please read these carefully, and always get in touch with us first.
What it covers
- Applies to all Roof Top, Pop Top, Walk-Thru, Campomatic and Vehicle tents and awnings.
- Available during the 7 days (one week) following the day of delivery, as recorded by the delivery company.
- The packaging may be opened to view and assess the product. The refund does not apply to any qualifying product that has been fully unfolded, erected, or used in any way.
- The qualifying product is refunded in full, less the original cost of delivery to you, once it has been received back in our store and verified that its quality condition meets our terms. We arrange and pay the return shipping to us.
- The refund is returned using the same method originally paid (bank account to bank account, credit card to credit card, and so on).
- To claim, you must first advise us in writing, and the return must be agreed to by us in a return email.
Please note
- Does not apply to Australia-shipped or worldwide sales.
- Does not apply to accessories or parts ordered separately or in addition to the tents and awnings listed above.
- Does not apply to sales where a customer ordered on a try-and-see-if-it-fits basis without first working with us to establish size suitability via photos and measurements. If we have advised that a purchase will not fit or is not suitable, and it is still ordered, all sales are final.
- Does not cover the original shipping cost to send the product to you. We will, however, pay the return shipping to us, and this return shipping must be arranged by us.
- Where a free shipping promotion (offered for short promotional periods from time to time) covered delivery to you, our guarantee of paying the return shipping back to us does not apply. We do not offer both free shipping to you and free return shipping back to us.
Durability advisory: our tent and awning products are so strong that they will last a very long time if used during holiday periods of the year, repacked in a clean, dry condition, and stored in a cool, dark place.
